Box Profile
Our trapezoidal box section steel profiled sheeting is designed for superior strength and durability. The unique shape offers several distinct advantages over traditional round corrugated sheets, making it an ideal choice for a wide range of applications. The deeper profile depth provides greater strength, ensuring better performance under load. The straight-line construction allows for more effective lapping on the side laps, ensuring a secure and weather-tight fit. The profile can be fixed through the trough, eliminating the risk of crushing the sheet, which is a common issue with round corrugated profiles that require fixing on the crown. Additionally, this sheeting is suitable for pitches as low as 4 degrees, offering flexibility in design and installation.
Steel profiled sheeting is supplied in 0.5mm and 0.7mm thick. It is recommended that a 0.7mm thickness is used for longer sheets for greater strength, ease of handling, and spanning ability. Our trapezoidal box section steel profiled sheeting is the perfect solution for your roofing and cladding needs, combining strength, versatility, and ease of installation.
